Since its shot, try submerging in water. I saw this in another thread. Put under water for 10 seconds then dry really good. Odiously dont do this while charging and pod in. The Novo failed to put a flap to stop juice from getting into the device. Its just gooing up the sensors and connections.I got the novo x on Saturday.
